So be patient over what they say and exalt [ Allah ] with praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting; and during periods of the night [exalt Him] and at the ends of the day, that you may be satisfied. (Surah Taha: 130)
When the Prophet (ﷺ) delivered the message to his people, he was met with strong and fierce rejection. His circumstances became difficult, he was mocked at and abused, and some of his followers were severely persecuted. His own kith and kin (those who once loved him dearly) had turned against him. So here in this ayah, Allah is telling the Prophet (ﷺ) to be patient over what they say and to do Tasbeeh. To Glorify Him and engage in His Dhikr.
Similarly, whenever you find yourself in a situation where people are abusing you, stressing you, or being offensive to you, start doing Tasbeeh. And in this you will find strength, peace and contentment Inshaallah. Because true happiness is not found through taking revenge. True happiness only comes by filling the heart with what it was made for, and that is the Dhikr of Allah.
